Yoga

Yoga happens Now

written by Patanjali

Interpreted through

Godfrey Devereux,

Ash and now you.

What does Yoga mean to you?

Yoga can be revealed though many paths and interpreted through many perspectives.

It has been associated with what is happening.

It has been expressed as body, breath, mind and awareness.

It has been experienced as freedom within movement and stillness.

It has been felt as an awakening of the inherent integrety of being human.

It has been seen through openess, honesty, sensitivity, generosity and presence.

It has been manifest within integrity, trust, passion, self enquiry and selflessness.

It has been described as union, hatha, trinity, 5 elements, astanga ... and unity.

It has been descriminated, catagorised, sequenced and relinquished.

It has been explored, mapped, followed and found empty.

It has been welcomed, It has been resisted,

It has been surrender.

Yet it is, what it is.

In practice we are invited to realise its expression.

What makes practice Yoga practice?

That which happens Now.
